<description><![CDATA[The legislation which updates Medicare reimbursement for emergency air medical services, is finally here. It was introduced by Rep. Jackie Walorski.&nbsp;<a href="http://walorski.house.gov/access-air-medical-services/" style="color: #954f72;">Here</a>&nbsp;is Walorski’s press release with more info on the bill, and&nbsp;<a href="http://www.soarcampaign.com/news/2017/7/26/statement-from-save-our-air-medical-resources-campaign-lauding-introduction-of-hr-3378-the-ensuring-access-to-air-ambulance-services-act-of-2017" style="color: #954f72;">here</a>&nbsp;is SOAR’s statement of support. &nbsp;AAMS also supports this legislation saying, t<span>he bill will introduce transparency into the costs of providing air medical transport, increase quality by providing enhanced incentives for high-performance services, and, most importantly, preserve the long-term sustainability of air medical transport services for the millions of Americans who rely on us as their sole means to access healthcare.</span>
